Dr. R. Prisco graduated in Medicine and Surgery from Luigi Vanvitelli University, Naples (1989), and completed his specialty in Odontostomatology at the University of Naples Federico II (1993). In 1996, he earned a C.A.G.S. in Prosthodontics from Boston University following a 30-month residency at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He further advanced his expertise as a Fellow at the Klinik für Rekonstruktive Zahnmedizin und Myoarthropathien in Basel, Switzerland, focusing on TMJ, occlusion, and pain dysfunction.

Dr. Prisco has served as Professor of Fixed and Implant-Supported Prosthodontics at the University of Foggia School of Dentistry and has taught as a tutor at Luigi Vanvitelli University, the Zimmer Institute (Winterthur, Switzerland), and San Raffaele Postgraduate School in Milan. He has published in leading prosthodontic journals and lectures nationally and internationally in prosthetics and occlusion.

A former active member of major Italian and international prosthodontic and implantology academies, he works exclusively as a prosthodontist and masticatory system expert, consulting for oral surgeons, maxillofacial surgeons, and periodontists.
