Alex has placed over 7,500 dental implants in Brazil and the UK and is one of the pioneers in Digital Dentistry and Guided Surgery.

His qualifications and areas of interest are dental implants, oral surgery, bone reconstruction, and oral rehabilitation. Alex obtained his Dental Degree from Rio de Janeiro Federal University in 2002 and became a specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of São Paulo in 2006.

He has a Master’s Degree in Dentistry and is now working as a PhD Candidate at King’s College London. He is a member of the International Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and the European Association for the Osseointegration.
